Returns & Exchanges
If you donít absolutely love your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund or store credit. Merchandise must returned in its original, new and unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Important: custom order items (furniture, custom-sized rugs and umbrellas) are not returnable.
Damage? We carefully package every order but damage can sometimes occur in transit. If your order was received damaged, please contact us by emailing email@example.com or calling 760-230-1563 within 5 days of receipt.

For your security, ship your package by a track-able method (FedEx, UPS, etc) and insure it. Grounded cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Also, please include your name, contact information and original order number, which can be found on your packing slip in the "my account" section.
