A mid-century classic, George Nelson first designed the Bubble Lamp in 1947 for Howard Miller. The firm eventually discontinued the line in 1979. In the 1990's Modernica reissued the Bubble Lamps to the original specifications using the original Howard Miller tooling. The Bubble Lamp is featured in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
Made from a steel frame with polymer covering. The George Nelson Bubble Lotus Table Lamps include a brushed nickel base with a 7-foot 2-inch cord and an on/off pull chain with a solid walnut end.
