The Embassy Sofa embodies classic mid-century design, meticulously crafted with top-grain, aniline-dyed leather. Its rich leather is supported by a recessed solid-wood base, creating a sophisticated and enduring piece. The natural character of the leather is celebrated, with unique surface characteristics, markings, grain patterns, and color variations adding to the individuality of each sofa. Expect subtle variations from hide to hide and from piece to piece – these are not imperfections, but rather hallmarks of genuine, high-quality leather. Normal surface scratches and wear marks are to be expected and will only enhance the sofa's unique patina and charm over time. A leather conditioner can minimize the appearance of these marks if desired. Note that some stretching of the leather is also normal and contributes to the comfort and character of the design.
