Refund policy

 

Returns

We want you to love your new purchase. If you need to make a return, we're here to help. Please review your item(s) upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at 760-230-1563 or service@grounded101.com within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.


*Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days of receipt.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges.

*Returns are accepted only at our store. If your items were shipped directly from one of our manufacturers, do not return your order back to them.

*Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price.

*Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account.

* Check and cash payments will be returned via a refund check or Grounded  Merchandise Credit.

* Items received as a gift will be returned for a Grounded gift card.

* Be sure to retain the original packing materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags for returns.

 

    What can’t you return or exchange?

    * Custom or special order furniture, umbrellas and rugs
    * Floor samples
    * Gift cards
    * Plants
    * All food items

       

      What if I need to cancel my order?

      We can accept cancellation of your order for items that have not yet shipped or are on backorder.

       

      In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

       

      If you order by credit card, your card will be charged as each item is shipped.

       

      Custom and special order items cannot be canceled. This includes: furniture, umbrellas and rugs.

       

        Refunds (if applicable)

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

        Exchanges (if applicable)

        We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@grounded101.com and send your item to:

        Gifts

        If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

        Shipping

        To return your product, ship your product to:

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

        If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
