A mid-century classic, George Nelson first designed the Bubble Lamp in 1947 for Howard Miller. The firm eventually discontinued the line in 1979. Herman Miller produces the Bubble Lamps to the original specifications using the original Howard Miller tooling. The Bubble Lamp is featured in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
The apple pendant measures 14.5"w x 21"h. It's made with a steel frame with polymer covering and includes 6 feet of cord. The pendant also includes a brushed nickel ceiling plate that measures 5.25''.
